How it all started

Latter House Glory Tabernacle was birthed in 2005 through the obedience and faith of Apostle Elton W. Monday. With a divine mandate anchored in Haggai 2:9, Apostle Monday stepped out to build a ministry where God’s glory could dwell and His people could grow.
What began as a small gathering in a rented building in Denton, Texas across from Texas Woman’s University, quickly became a place of worship, healing, and transformation. In those early days, the church was marked by a simple but powerful foundation: follow His instructions, walk in obedience, and make room for the Spirit of God to lead.

Ephesians 13:21 (ESV)
"And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them along the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night."

Expanding the vision
LHGT is a growing, multigenerational church family rooted in biblical teaching and Spirit-led worship. All are welcome as we unite in a shared passion for Christ. We are a community-focused church where families find belonging, youth discover purpose, and believers deepen their walk with God. Here, people are committed not only to gathering in God’s presence but also to sharing His love with those around us. At Latter House Glory Tabernacle, every service, every prayer, and every act of love is grounded in the belief that God is still writing our story and His glory is still unfolding.
Our Declaration
The latter shall be greater. God has been faithful from the beginning, and His promise still guides our path. Latter House Glory Tabernacle is more than a church, it is a family, a community, and a living testimony of God’s presence, power, and peace.
